Our organic espresso recently won silver at the Golden Bean North America roasting competition. This blend pulls a smooth, rich shot of espresso that is bold, yet bright in the cup. 

Origin:

Colombia, Tolima - fair-trade organic beans from the isolated region of Tolima. Elevation over 1800m. Washed process. 

Congo, Lake Kivu - organic, high grown beans from the Lake Kivu region bordering Rwanda and Burundi. This area was recently profiled in Roast magazine highlighting the transformation in the community through coffee farming. This coffee is farmed by a co-operative. Elevation 1600m - 1700m. Varietal Bourbon. Washed process. 

Best as: Espresso

We taste: chocolate, silky peach and sparkling notes of citrus
